It’s hard to believe that you are turning 90 as you look so beautifully younger and with so much positive energy.
Aunt Net, there are many special times that I have had with you since being 6 - visiting over the summers in Fayetteville, and you coming up to D.C. and later Maryland. Here's to wishing someone who means so much to me and my family, a very Happy Birthday. Nettie is not only my beloved cousin, she is one of my most powerful mentors. When I was a very young girl I went on road trips with Nettie and her girls. We had so much fun laughing hysterically, going to the beach, staying at The Hyatt Regency, and visiting our beloved NCCU! It is because of her influence that I attended North Carolina Central and became an educator. She is beautiful both inside and out with a heart of gold and I love her very much.
